Psychotherapy & Psychoanalysis
I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis for adults navigating relationship difficulties, emotional struggles, and a sense of self that may feel uncertain or not fully one’s own. Many find themselves asking who they are, what they want, and why intimacy can feel at once desired and difficult to sustain.
What brings someone into therapy often takes the form of a symptom. Over time, these experiences may begin to speak to deeper aspects of one’s inner life; desires, conflicts, and traces of personal history that have not yet found a place to be known. This is an intimate process of speaking and being listened to, where something of oneself can begin to come into view and, gradually, to shift.
My practice is located in Houston’s Montrose neighborhood, with both in-person and remote sessions available.
